1 - GENERAL
The present conditions exclusively govern sales on the site " www.sellerienina.be ".
Any order implies the full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the buyer.
2 - PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT).
Prices do not include delivery costs.
3 - ORDER
Placing an order requires registration on the site. The customer will therefore be able to order via

5 - DELIVERIES
The customer, in finalizing his order, has the choice between several modes of transport.

6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the product(s) concerned to
our address (rue des Combattants 39A - 6900 Marche en Famenne) within 14 clear days from the
day following the date of delivery. The return costs in case of retraction remain the responsibility of

The products must be returned in a perfect state of resale, in their original state (label, packaging,

The customer will then be reimbursed by payment within 10 working days, after verification of the
package. However, the customer will not be reimbursed for the delivery costs related to his order.

7 - EXCHANGES
The products which propose variations in measurements are exchangeable in case of size error.
The customer has 14 clear days, from the date of delivery, to notify Sellerie Nina of his wish to

8 - GUARANTEES
The articles are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity for goods of 2 years.
