Terms and conditions of sale
1 - GENERAL
These conditions govern exclusively the sales made by the company Sellerie Nina (online, on stand or counter).
Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the buyer.
2 - PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC).
Prices are exclusive of delivery costs.
3 - ORDER
Ordering online requires registration on the site. The customer will be able to order through his cart once the items have been selected. The order will be executed upon receipt of payment.
Sellerie Nina reserves the right to cancel all doubtful, non-compliant orders as well as those of a customer with whom there is any dispute. No order is shipped/delivered without receipt of payment in advance. A deposit is required for orders of items that are not in stock and require an order from the supplier.
Vouchers/gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months.
4 - PAYMENT
Payment will be made in EURO, with the payment method chosen by the customer.
Online direct payment:
When completing the order on www.sellerienina.be, the customer can choose different secure and encrypted payment methods. No data passes through our website.
By bank transfer:
On our bank account BE49 9733 8046 6871 (BIC: ARSPBE22)
The order number must be communicated at the time of payment in order to identify it.
Packages are only shipped upon receipt of full payment of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend, without notice, an order or delivery in case of late payment.
Cash payment:
This payment method is offered only as part of a withdrawal in store (counter) or delivery by us.
Cash payment is also possible on stand
Card payment:
The customer who makes his purchases at the counter or on stand will have the choice between several completely secure electronic payment methods
5 - DELIVERIES
The customer, when finalizing his order, has the choice between several modes of transport.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, the customer can benefit from a tracking number of his package.
Packages are shipped upon receipt of the total amount of the order.
An exception will be made for custom items or ordered from our supplier. The deadline will be specified on a case by case basis.
The condition of our packages is checked before they leave the warehouse, it is up to the customer to return to the carrier if the goods have been damaged during transport. La Sellerie Nina declines all responsibility for total or partial loss but also for damage to goods during transport.
Orders are FREE shipping from 75€ purchase in Belgium, 100€ purchase abroad
Mail Delivery:
We send the package to the delivery address indicated on the customer account. This address can be changed at any time by the customer in their account details.
Delivery the day after shipment in Belgium, 2 to 10 working days for abroad depending on the distance.
Delivery by Mondial Relay:
The customer is delivered at a relay point. The customer receives an email from Mondial Relay inviting him to specify the relay point of his choice. Delivery in 3 to 5 working days in Belgium, 3 to 10 days abroad.
In the event that the package has arrived at the relay point chosen by the customer but is not recovered within the time limits imposed by Mondial Relay (20 clear days), it will be automatically returned to us.
It will be possible to re-ship at the expense of the buyer
Delivery to foreign countries:
If the buyer’s country is not included in the list of proposed countries, the customer can contact Sellerie Nina (info@sellerienina.be) to find an arrangement.
Pick up at the store:
The customer wishing to collect his package from the Sellerie Nina stock can do it completely free of charge.
The buyer will be notified by email when his package is ready, he must then pick up his package at the address of the upholstery:

The collection times are displayed on www.horaires.sellerienina.be and are recalled in the confirmation email.
Customers are notified the same day of the availability of their item(s) at the store
They then have a period of 2 months to recover their article(s)
After this period, the item or items will be put back on sale without consultation of the buyer
In this case, the customer does not recover his deposit or the total amount if it had already been paid
Delivery by us:
Totally free service regardless of the amount of the order.

6 -RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the product or products concerned to our address (rue reine Astrid 14 – 5580 Rochefort) within 14 days from the day following the delivery date. The return costs in case of withdrawal remain the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must also notify Sellerie Nina by email of his wish to withdraw. He must not provide a reason.
The products must imperatively be returned in a perfect condition of resale, in their original state (label, packaging, accessories, leaflet ...), duly sealed. Similarly, if the product includes a warranty sheet or any other document to be completed, it must not be completed so that the customer can exercise his right of withdrawal. Any product incomplete, damaged, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. Any risk related to the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will then be refunded in the form of a voucher within 10 working days, after verification of the package. However, the customer will not be reimbursed for delivery costs related to his order.
If, however, the error was due to our shipping service, we will then assume all the costs of returning and re-shipping the product ordered.
Items purchased in the depot-sale, during sales or any other promotional action are neither refundable nor exchangeable
The same goes for fresh produce (carrots)
7 - EXCHANGES
Products that offer combinations in measures are exchangeable in case of size error.
The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to notify Sellerie Nina of his wish to exchange his product. This notification must be sent by email to info@sellerienina.be
The customer must return the product or products concerned to our address (rue reine Astrid 14 – 5580 Rochefort). The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. In order to avoid these costs, the customer can ask Sellerie Nina for advice on the sizes of the products.

Sellerie Nina has the right to refuse the exchange of a product to a customer deemed abusive or with whom payment problems have already been encountered.

8 - GUARANTEES
New items are subject to a legal warranty of conformity for goods of 2 years.
To apply the guarantee, the buyer must contact Sellerie Nina by email.
As soon as the product is returned and checked for malfunction, it will be returned to the manufacturer.
The return time may vary depending on the time of the manufacturer, we can under no circumstances be held responsible for delays caused by the latter.
Used items (deposit-sale) are not subject to the guarantee rule. These shall, however, be closely examined before they are put on sale so that they can be used in the usual way without disturbing or injuring the user
9 – RESPONSIBILITIES
Under no circumstances can the seller be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations attributable to the customer, especially when entering its information on the smooth running of deliveries.
The seller cannot be held responsible, for any delay or non-performance, when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to one/ more cases of force majeure (strikes, disasters, computer or hardware failures, Internet connection problems, technical incident, display error, etc.)
Any risk related to the product will be transferred to the customer from delivery. From the moment the risk is transferred, Sellerie Nina declines all responsibility in case of loss or destruction of the Product.
10 - DATA PROTECTION
The customer’s data and order information are stored on the server(s) of Sellerie Nina. They are always available to the customer who logs into their account with their authentication data.
