An informal e-mail is sufficient. Data processed prior to your request can still be processed legally. We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage or the purpose of its storage is no longer justified (e.g. after you have responded to your request). All mandatory legal provisions, in particular those concerning mandatory data retention periods, are not affected by this provision.

Registration on this site

We collect, process and use your personal data when you access our website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable you to access our service or to bill you for the same service. The customer data collected must be deleted after the execution of the order or the termination of the business relationship. The statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmitted upon conclusion of a contract with online shops, retailers and mail order companies

We pass on personally identifiable data to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill the terms of your contract, for example, to companies delivering goods to your location or banks processing your payments. 5 - Analytics and advertising

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" ("reCAPTCHA") on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (e.g. on a contact form) has been entered by a user or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor according to various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor accesses the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (for example, the IP address, the length of time the visitor has been on the website or the mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be transmitted to Google. The analyses of reCAPTCHA take place completely in the background. Visitors to the website are therefore not informed that such an analysis is being carried out.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its website against abusive automated browsing and spam.

6 - Newsletter

Newsletter data

If you wish to receive our newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No additional data is collected or only on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. We will therefore only process all data you have entered on the contact form with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data and e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. Data processed before we receive your request can still be processed legally. The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription when this data is deleted. Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members area) remain unchanged.

7 - Plugins and tools

Marketing e-mails

"Nina Saddlery" is authorized, if it has received consent, to send marketing e-mails to its customers. This particular form of consent must be given voluntarily, be unambiguous and have been the subject of specific information. These conditions are met when customers have requested (and explicitly agreed to) marketing e-mails.

Customers will always retain the right to object, free of charge and on request, to the processing of their personal data for customer purposes in the context of direct marketing activities without having to justify themselves. As soon as a customer has opted out, his or her personal data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes. Marketing e-mails contain information that we believe may be of interest to our customers, such as the latest information about our products and services.

8 - Responsibilities

"Nina Saddlery" is responsible for and will at all times be able to demonstrate its compliance with the GDMP and the principles set forth herein.

"Nina Saddlery" shall keep records of the processing activities under its responsibility and these records shall include the information required by the DPMR.

To the extent that this provision is applicable, "Nina Saddlery" shall make the records available to the regulatory authority upon request.

9 - Complaints

Customers are able to make a complaint regarding our processing of their personal data. All queries and complaints will be dealt with within an appropriate period of time by the person responsible and in accordance with internal procedures.

In the event that customers have suffered damage due to a violation of their rights under the data protection policy and "Sellerie Nina" has not been able to deal with the complaint in an appropriate manner, customers may submit a complaint to the competent authority.

10 - Modifications to the present charter
